By accessing this website or purchasing any product from Foodicine Australia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase our products.
1. About Us
Foodicine Australia sells digital wellness protocols, including Homeostatic Alignment Protocol 1 and Homeostatic Alignment Protocol 2 (each a “Protocol”, together the “Protocols”), each priced at AUD $29. Protocols are delivered as digital downloads following purchase.
2. Not Medical Advice
The Protocols are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. They are based on the personal research, study, and experience of the creator and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Nothing in the Protocols should be construed as medical, dietary, psychological, or health advice specific to your circumstances.

• We make no claims that the Protocols will treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

By purchasing a Protocol, you acknowledge and accept that you are doing so at your own discretion and risk.
3. Purchases and Access
• Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download the full content of the Protocol(s) purchased.
• It is your responsibility to review all available product information and descriptions carefully before purchasing, to ensure the Protocol is suitable for you.
• Once purchased and access is granted, you have received the complete product as described.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Because our Protocols are digital products delivered in full immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or failure to read the product information prior to buying.
However, nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a Protocol is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy under the ACL, and we will address such claims on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the law.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within the Protocols — including but not limited to text, concepts, methodology, graphics, structure, and the “Homeostatic Alignment Protocol” name and framework — is the intellectual property of Foodicine Australia and is protected by copyright and, where applicable, trademark law.
• “Foodicine Australia,” “Homeostatic Alignment Protocol 1,” and “Homeostatic Alignment Protocol 2” are trademarks (registered or unregistered, as applicable) of Foodicine Australia. They may not be used, reproduced, or associated with any other product or service without our prior written consent.
• No part of the Protocols or website content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, shared, resold, or transmitted in any form or by any means without prior written consent from Foodicine Australia.
• Purchasing a Protocol grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own individual purposes. It does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the content.

6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
• Copy, share, redistribute, or resell any Protocol or part of it

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foodicine Australia excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Protocols or website. Where liability cannot be excluded under the ACL, our liability is limited, at our option, to resupply of the product or the cost of resupply.
8. International Customers
Our Protocols are available for purchase by customers internationally. These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, regardless of the country from which you access our website, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your local jurisdiction provide otherwise.
