Before the Program

We'll communicate before you begin, answer your questions and help you prepare for your 14-day journey.

During the Program

You'll have ongoing, direct access to me throughout the entire protocol. Whether you prefer a phone call, email, FaceTime or Zoom, we'll use whichever communication method best suits your needs.

After the Program

Support doesn't end when your 14 days are complete. You'll retain access to me after the program to discuss your experience, ask questions and receive continued guidance.
