A 14-Day Protocol to End Chronic Anxiety at the Root
The Protocol is an intensive, evidence-based approach to restorative health. Use this guide to determine if this paradigm is your next step toward freedom.
Who this is for....
A Different Approach to health
Homeostatic Alignment Protocols are discoveries found while trying to heal myself of an incurable disease back in 2018. Firstly this is for people with Chronic Anxiety. Why? because that's what I had for 10 years and I know it works.
Secondly those with cancer, all of them all stages. I am not showing you how to treat cancer, I am showing you how to naturally align boost your immune to states where cancer cant survive so then if you have cancer it retreats and because I reveal the causes of all cancers you and your family will never have or go through this terrible disease ever again. Cancer Reverser.
Thirdly a by product of the first two I have had to understand how we humans work and the system we are part of that. This revealed the mechanisms that age us, I then developed and tested practical applications to slow and reverse ageing for a third homeostatic Alignment protocol 3 called Innate Vitality, the worlds most naturally aligned longevity program.
It Takes Courage to Try Something Different
If you've been told that you'll have to live with chronic anxiety forever or your cancer battle isn't in your control, it can take real courage to consider another path.
I understand that, because I've been there myself.
This protocol is built entirely around natural, organic, lifestyle-based principles. It is designed to work alongside your existing healthcare and treatment plan—not replace it.
No medical professor or senior could even understand it as it is holistic, your doctor doesn't study nutrition or mindfulness, we are complimenting a medical system that isn't complete yet. Everyone knows we are more than a body but yet the system only address one third of who we are and that's why some areas of research just don't get the answers once we accept as I have the holistic natural of humans do we then find answers like I did.
There are no experimental drugs or invasive procedures, just practical changes that aim to support your body's own ability to function as it was designed - yes the most common thing is "oh that wouldn't work" and those choose not to do it stay same, for the ones that do? everything changes.
If what you've been doing hasn't given you the results you're looking for, perhaps it's time to explore a different approach. Sometimes the greatest breakthroughs begin when we're willing to look beyond symptom management and discover what's possible when we support the whole person—body, mind, and lifestyle.
$0 for the greatest discovery in history so far - greatest value for money ever that shows you hidden secrets to your life that shows you how to improve your life across many areas all profound and available no where else.
Why this is hard — and why that's the point
All of the things I combine in the protocols haven't been combined before, all of the things you must do in this protocol ask more of you than anything you've been asked to do before! Could this be why it works? because I am not rehashing trying to force in areas where we have had so much failure for so long.
Before you can fix something, you need to know what's causing it! in this process I found out how humans work - holistically sure the physical is directly impacted but to be completely honest in my deep research I found all three parts of us all affect each other and no 1 of the 3 are any more less or more important to our lives - quite the opposite to how we live relying heavily on the physical aspect of our being - that's why we only know 33.3% and cant find cures for things like cancer because we refuse to take into consideration we are more than a body!
These protocols ask you to give up the coping mechanisms your anxiety has been quietly built on top of — habits so automatic you've stopped noticing them as choices. That's the layer other programs never touch, because it's uncomfortable to touch. It's also the only layer where change actually holds.
The amount of things not just drugs and alcohol but behaviour and beyond that we are addicted to and didn't even know it is huge, in fact most of the system we belong to is addictive based that's how your biology can be hacked benefiting companies designed to get your attention.
If you want something easy, this isn't it. If you want something that works, keep reading.
Why don't we all know this?
It has now been eight years since I first experienced the personal recovery that ultimately led to Homeostatic Alignment™.
Since then, I have made extraordinary efforts to put what I discovered in front of the people and organisations responsible for health, mental health, research and public policy — including Australian Prime Ministers and Health Ministers, major mental-health organisations, researchers and organisations internationally. I have issued press releases and written hundreds of letters and emails asking one simple thing:
Please look at what happened, investigate it properly, and see whether there is something here that could help other people.
And people do know about it.
In 2025, correspondence regarding my chronic-anxiety protocol sent to the Australian Prime Minister was referred to the Minister for Health. I subsequently received a response from the Australian Government's Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Division, which acknowledged my efforts and suggested that Australia's Primary Health Networks may be willing to work with me to promote the protocol to their communities.
That correspondence is reproduced here so you can read it for yourself.
The answer may be surprisingly simple: Homeostatic Alignment™ doesn't belong to one discipline — it brings many of them together. Medicine, psychology, nutrition, mindfulness, movement, environment, lifestyle and other approaches are usually studied and practised within their own specialised fields. The protocol asks a different question: what happens when we stop examining the pieces in isolation and deliberately bring them together as one whole-person system? That doesn't mean anyone has been hiding the answer; it means specialisation can make the bigger picture harder to see. Sometimes the discovery isn't another piece of the puzzle — it's recognising what happens when you finally put the pieces together.
And as I have always said, the main thing or only thing is "does it work" I wouldn't be here doing what I do if the answer was sometimes.
AND THERE'S ANOTHER REASON YOU MAY NOT KNOW THIS — YOU.
Not you personally, but all of us collectively and the world we've learned to live in.
Modern life demands an extraordinary amount of human attention. News, social media, financial pressure, work, politics, conflict, advertising, algorithms and an almost continuous stream of warnings about what might happen next compete for our attention every waking day. From economic crises and wars to climate threats, disease and even the symbolic Doomsday Clock, our picture of the world can become dominated by uncertainty and fear.
Add generations of cultural conditioning — ideas about what is normal, what success looks like, what we should believe and where we should look for answers — and something important can happen:
We become so busy reacting to life that we rarely have the opportunity to stand outside it and examine the whole picture.
Information becomes fragmented. Medicine looks at medicine. Psychology looks at psychology. Nutrition looks at nutrition. Politics looks at politics. The media necessarily compresses an enormously complicated world into stories competing for our attention — and increasingly, algorithms decide which fragments of reality we see next.
Meanwhile, most people are simply trying to work, pay their bills, raise their families, stay healthy and get through another week.
Perhaps one of the greatest barriers to discovering what human beings are capable of isn't a lack of information at all. It's that we're overwhelmed by information while rarely being given the time, space or perspective to put all the pieces together, or do what we know is right.
Anyone can do the protocol and measure test it and tell me it doesn't work!
Don’t Take My Word for It. Test It.
Anyone can explore the protocol, follow its practical applications, measure their own experience and critically examine the results for themselves.
What continues to concern me is how difficult it has been to generate serious interest in independently investigating the approach. When so many people live with chronic illness and health challenges, I believe promising ideas deserve open-minded, rigorous examination — wherever those ideas come from.
Humanity invests trillions of dollars into healthcare, research and public health.
We should therefore be continually asking a simple question:
Are we exploring every reasonable opportunity to help people live healthier lives?
Homeostatic Alignment™ is about understanding the influences we can control — nutrition, movement, sleep, environment, behaviour, stress, emotional wellbeing and other everyday factors that shape our health.
You don’t have to believe me.
Explore it. Question it. Measure it. Experience it for yourself.
Who this isn't for?
This isn’t a quick calm-down technique or something you try for five minutes and expect to feel completely different.
Homeostatic Alignment™ Protocol #1 asks more of you than that.
It asks for 14 days of commitment, curiosity and a willingness to change some of the things you do every day.
I’ve noticed that many of the people willing to take that step have something in common.
They reach a point similar to the one I reached in 2018:
“I’ve had enough. I don’t want to keep living like this.”
Perhaps reaching that point gives you the courage to explore something you might otherwise dismiss as too good to be true.
I understand the hesitation. There’s a guy telling you he went through this himself, developed a protocol from what he learned, and is now asking you to explore it for yourself.
You should question it.
But if you’re ready to stop being a spectator in your own wellbeing, to learn about yourself, challenge old patterns and discover what may be possible when you change multiple influences on your life at the same time — then this may be for you.
This is for the person who is ready to say:
“I want to rewrite my own story.”
And perhaps, by having the courage to explore what is possible for yourself, you become part of something bigger — helping us understand what might be possible for others too.
That’s how profound I believe this could be.
The Story no one else could tell
2010
In 2010, Aaron was working as a Food and Beverage Manager at the Darwin Convention Centre for AEG Ogden—a facilities management company under AEG, the largest entertainment group in the world. Leading up to this period, heavy workloads had triggered spasmodic bouts of anxiety once or twice a year, causing discomfort and limiting daily life. While manageable at first, these early episodes were the first signs of what was to come. By 2010, the anxiety escalated significantly, manifesting as severe physical symptoms that mimicked serious health conditions. This led to presenting at the Darwin Hospital Emergency Department as many as 15 times a month. The turning point came when an ER nurse, drawing from her brother’s similar experience, suggested speaking to a GP about anxiety. This conversation led to an official diagnosis and the commencement of medication.
April 2018
By April 2018, years of chronic anxiety had caused life to spiral out of control, resulting in an average of three jobs a year and working less than six months annually. Despite increased medication over time, holding down employment remained a constant struggle. Seeking a way forward, Aaron visited the GP he had seen since 2006 to ask if there was any way to safely come off the medication. After reviewing the literature, the doctor explained that according to the pharmaceutical guidelines, long-term use meant Aaron would likely need to remain dependent on them for the rest of his life—a lifelong commitment that had never been disclosed when treatment began, compounded by a lack of continuity in care over the years.
Hearing that he would be tied to a medicine that left him feeling zombie-like sparked an intense rage. Refusing to accept that fate, Aaron walked straight out to reception and requested an official medical letter confirming his diagnosed anxiety disorder and current prescriptions. He wanted concrete proof of where he was starting from because he was determined to beat it. However, as he began researching and discovered that 300 million people worldwide were on similar medications, the sheer scale of the challenge set in, leaving him questioning if he had made a mistake.
June 2018
By June 2018, four months of relentless research began paying off. Drawing on a deep understanding of physics—inspired in his teenage years by Harvard scientist Mark Gruner—along with a hyper-fixation on mathematics and numerology, Aaron took a non-traditional approach. When answers couldn't be found across 8,000 medical papers, peer-reviewed journals, and online resources, he began building his own protocol.
Having identified the root causes of his condition and how it impacted his body, he set out to reverse-engineer a path back to health. He focused on a multi-dimensional strategy: natural detoxing, system alignment and boosting, and exploring the interconnectedness of mind, DNA, and resilience. By testing methods through process of elimination, Aaron was laying the groundwork for a comprehensive system to fully restore his health.
August 1, 2018
On August 1, 2018, Aaron officially embarked on the 14-day natural protocol he had meticulously crafted out of anger just four and a half months earlier. The morning began with absolute fear. In a single day, he was cutting out every addiction and coping mechanism he had relied on daily to manage his state—including cigarettes, marijuana, alcohol, and Valium. Despite the overwhelming dread of facing such a drastic transition all at once, by the time night fell, he was feeling surprisingly okay.
August 2, 2018
On day two, Aaron’s morning began at 5:00 AM with a stark realization: the familiar morning dread and immediate, racing heart rate that had plagued him for years were simply absent. Surprised by the sudden stillness, he deliberately tried to trigger his anxiety by focusing on his usual worry points, but his body remained completely calm. The physical symptoms had vanished, replaced by an unfamiliar sense of deep peace. Overwhelmed by the sudden absence of the chronic fear that had dominated his life, he was moved to tears—realizing for the first time that his protocol was actually working.
August 3, 2018
By day three, Aaron's routine was running smoothly, but the afternoon brought a sudden wave of severe nausea. Recognize this as a classic detox reaction as his body purged built-up toxins, he chose to lean into the process rather than resist it. He laid down, allowed his body to process the discomfort, and gave himself the rest he needed. Within a couple of hours, the intense nausea passed completely, leaving him feeling lighter, refreshed, and clear-headed for the remainder of the day.
August 4, 2018
On day four, Aaron experienced a significant shift in his physical well-being. The chronic stiffness, joint aches, and overall bodily tension that had burdened him for years lifted, replaced by a feeling of lightness and fluid movement. His breathing deepened, his posture straightened naturally, and he felt a profound sense of physical comfort in his own skin that he hadn't experienced in over a decade.
August 5, 2018
By day five, mental clarity became the dominant feature of the recovery. The persistent brain fog and racing thoughts that usually consumed his focus dissolved, revealing an extraordinary level of sharp, quiet concentration. Tasks that previously felt overwhelming or exhausting to contemplate were handled effortlessly, and Aaron felt grounded, present, and entirely in control of his mental space.
August 6, 2018
On day six, Aaron took 10 mg of Cipramil—the dose he had halved and scheduled for every second day as part of his gradual reduction. Having previously been on Zoloft before switching to Cipramil, his prescription had reached up to 70 mg at its peak, though he had successfully managed to lower it to 20 mg daily prior to starting the protocol. The goal was never to abruptly stop medication, but rather to use a complementary approach to lower the dosage enough to function clearly without triggering panic attacks or chronic anxiety symptoms. Unbeknownst to him at the time, this 10 mg dose on day six would mark the final time he would ever take his medication.
August 7, 2018
By August 7, missing a scheduled dose no longer triggered the severe mental angst and agitation that used to set in if medication was delayed by even an hour. Having dropped to taking a half-dose every second day, Aaron felt so incredible that the anxiety around his prescriptions simply dissolved. He realized the importance of pausing to absorb what was happening: by bringing his body into a rare level of true natural homeostatic alignment, he was entering completely uncharted territory. Functioning at absolute optimum performance—a state most people rarely experience in daily life—his body was operating with unprecedented efficiency and vitality.
August 8, 2018
On day eight, Aaron attempted to take his medication first thing upon waking. Having achieved a high level of natural homeostasis through the protocol, his body actively rejected the chemical. The pill tasted overwhelmingly bitter as he swallowed, and his system threw it up. After six attempts—with the final tries leaving a foul, dissolved taste in his mouth—it became clear his body would not accept it. Sitting back to reflect, he realized how incredible he felt and decided to take things day by day without forcing the medication down. Throughout this period, his doctor maintained remote oversight by having Aaron measure his blood pressure at the local pharmacy each morning and text through the readings daily for monitoring.
August 9, 2018
By August 9, Aaron’s energy levels had completely restored to what they were in his childhood and teenage years—a source of raw, natural vitality that lasted all day and was readily available whenever needed. Feeling deeply happy, appreciative of his surroundings, and fully engaged in life, he knew with complete certainty that he had turned a major corner. The shift was unmistakable, and the smile on his face said it all.
August 10, 2018
By August 10, Aaron was operating with an intense surge of high energy that felt almost over the top. To channel the excess vitality, he filled his days with walking along the beach and taking the dog out, though the sheer amount of energy was hard to fully burn off. While day 10 reinforced that the protocol was undeniably working, old mental patterns began creeping in. His mind started playing tricks—tempting him to wrap up early at day 12 or questioning if he would slip back into eating, drinking, and smoking once the 14 days concluded. Recognizing these thoughts as classic mental resistance from an unhealed state, Aaron held firm to his resolve. Having engineered this plan to account for every psychological obstacle, he remained steadfast in completing the full 14 days, no matter what.
August 11, 2018
On day 11, the intense, high energy remained steady without fading, taking on an almost magical quality. Aaron experienced a deep shift toward softness, compassion, and love, accompanied by a wave of emotion that had been building over the previous three days. Standing near the finish line, the overwhelming reality set in: he was on the verge of accomplishing something everyone around him had believed was impossible.
August 12, 2018
With only two days remaining, Aaron continued to enjoy the protocol's nourishment and reap its benefits, but a new challenge emerged: channeling his immense vitality. Without a clear outlet to direct the high energy into, he felt moments of frustration, noticing that the pace of the everyday world felt too slow compared to his internal drive. He recognized that he was operating in an entirely unprecedented state of health and energy—and while it mirrored the vitality of his early years, he now faced the task of learning how to manage and direct it moving forward.
August 13, 2018
By day 13, Aaron was operating with an extraordinarily high state of internal drive and razor-sharp cognitive function. Quick-witted and unyielding, he found himself argumentative and unwilling to let any detail slip by, yet simultaneously filled with intense happiness and energy. The experience felt like a mini awakening as the profound shift became undeniably clear to him—even while encountering skepticism and indifference from people around him who couldn't fully comprehend or accept the transformation taking place.
August 14, 2018
On the final day of the protocol, Aaron intentionally prepared a unique dish—distinct from the rest of the program's meal plan—alongside a generous intake of juices, smoothies, and wholesome snacks. Reaching the finish line brought a sense of relief, knowing he would have total freedom over his food choices the following day. Standing on the precipice of the unknown after successfully completing the 14 days, the overwhelming reality of what he had achieved set in. Above all, he felt profound contentment, love, and deep inner calm.
August 15, 2018
On day 15, Aaron chose not to return to smoking or drinking, though he did celebrate completing the protocol with a Bacon Deluxe burger combo from Hungry Jack’s. Over the subsequent months and years, old habits occasionally cycled back into his life—fading out, returning, and lifting again over time. However, the foundational shift created by the 2018 protocol held strong. Today, looking back eight years later in 2026, he stands completely free from all the addictions that once held him, grounded in long-term, lasting recovery.
